Loan Modification Scam Fort Lauderdale

I was contacted by Sean Flannery by phone and later email in February, just after I was laid off about a loan modification. Since the mortgage company would not talk to me with an uncertain income, I was very excited about the help. I sent in all the requested information to Sean and was then contacted by Andrew p Capello and Johnny Guerrier. I was told that the information had been forwarded to the mortgage company and was under review. I was later contacted by a female wanting my banking information instead of the credit card information I had submitted. I refused. I had and have all the communication via email from Sean and Andrew. I was told not to talk to the mortgage company because it would interfere with the process and to not pay any payments to them.

Last month I was contacted by the mortgage company and they told me they had no correspondence from Fintech. When I called Sean he was livid that I had talked to the mortgage company. I have not heard from them since. All emails go unanswered and today for the first time my emails were bounced by from Sean Flannery, Andrew Capello and Johnny Guerrier. Not only am I out the $1000.00 for a service that did not exist, I am behind on payments and may loose my home. I am not a young person and this has set me back to a point that I may not recover and will be out of my home that I worked so hard to get.
