It seems that I am not alone in having trouble with FCNB. My payment was due July 7th and I mailed my payment mid June. This check has still not posted on my account even though all the other bills I sent out that day have long since cleared. I would stop paying my payments, but I am afraid to hurt my credit. I can't understand why we paying them if they are out of business and we don't even know where our payments are going to.

Please contact me if there is a class action lawsuit. I am very interested
