So here's my story I applied for a rush card a while back and just started using it recently. I have direct deposit set up on my account used it for about a month and had no problems with it. Then as I learned i became a victim of fraud Im guessing it happened at one of the gas stations i went to my card information was stolen not my CARD just my info. I never thought this would happen.

The day my direct deposit was posted about 4 weeks ago my money was taken out it was a withdrawl from an atm i called to check my balance and i had nothing but 9 dollars left. I was outraged and couldn't believe it i knew i had my whole pay check in because i had called earlier that day to check my balance and it said my direct deposit was posted.

So i called rushcard their customer service is the WORST I have ever dealt with anyways they told me it was an atm transaction in a completely different city from where I live. I was completely confused on how this could happen since i had my card the whole time thats when i learned from the supervisor that my info must have been stolen ok so they told me what i had to do fill out a form fax it back with the proper paper work and then the investigation will begin.

The bad part is that they say it could take up 90 days why. Why that long it doesnt make sense i have a daughter and this is my whole pay check im talking about it may not be much for some but it sure is alot for me. I mean i felt like if some one died i was sad and angry at the same time now i am behind on my rent since i wasnt able to pay it then these people dont think about things like this.

I called like 4 days straight to ask how my dispute was going every time "yes it says here that its under investigation" ok i know that but thats not what i want to hear i want to hear im getting my money back then called off and on after that. It was like the people that work their were reading of a book or something so scripted no help what so ever.

Finally i said ok ill give it a rest and see what happens in the next couple of days nothing id check my balance and nothing. So today i decided to call i was on the phone some came said how can i help you i said yes i would like to check the status on my claim and boom got disconnected tried calling back and every single time i get disconnected.

I am outraged because i have not receive my money which i need so much like i said its not alot but it is to me and my daughter. I am lost and don't know what else to do can any one HELP me my situation? And for some reason you can never speak to a supervisor on some else in charge or even the person dealing with my dispute this doesnt help eather!
