Don't even pay attn to them, they are scam artists and very rude

I had a conversation last nite w/Lisa from this lawfirm. She is a very loud, arrogant, rude, mean person. She's saying that she needs $4700 up front from me (even tho I just told her I got a job. Was laid off for a yr) and was still trying to get on my feet. She persisted to say that they "know about all my assets".. Which by the way, I have none. I don't own a home. I rent. She said "do u have anything in your 401K".. All these personal questions. She said "we can see you are paying all your other credit card bills. And proceeded to name them".. I tried to come to an agreement w/her. Asked if she could send me a letter stating that I would pay a certain amount per wk, starting next wk and she said "no, we don't send letters".. We don't accept checks, we want your checking account # and I refused to give it to her. After that, she said "thanks for wasting my time" and said "she would proceed with her findings".. Or whatever. And hung up. I hope I never hear from these people again. I'm thinking alot of folks should get together & start a lawsuit becz this is just ridiculous. There are millions of people out of work, losing homes, trying to make ends meet and we have to deal with this crap? Why doesn't our President try & help out all of us Americans who are struggling. It's just insane. Do not deal w/these people. They try scare tactics. Imagine having that for a job? Uggh
