Rep. Loretta And Manager Cory Plummer Told me they would force me to pay

On March 19 they called me at work and told me that they wanted $5874.58 on behalf of Bank of America. I told them that the amount I owed was incorrect. I actually owed $5300.00. They told me that was not their problem and I would have to pay in full. They even told me to put it on another credit card or borrow it from my family. She combed through my credit report and stated that if I could pay a $400 car note I could pay them. I again told them that I could only pay $200.00 a month. Loretta then put Corey Plummer on the phone and she stated that she would Force me to pay this amount and hung up on me. I then had my friend who actually used the credit card to call and see what he could do.

He called them and they said that he could pay $200.00 every two weeks ($400.00 a month) and it could come directly out of his checking account. He gave them the checking number and called me back and said we have an agreement. I then called Loretta back and asked if she would send me something in writing stateing the amount I owed and the terms of the the agreement. She began very angry and said she just wasted an hour on this and she did not know if she was authorized to send me an agreement and stated that she would just cancel the agreement. I said fine I see you court then.

I then received an email from Cory with some type of agreement with a Arrow as the credit card company instead of Bank of America. I can't wait to have my day in court. I would rather them sue me than pimp me. This is the first time they contacted me and I have not received anything in the mail relating to this issue. I went online to the state of Georgia consumer website and found out that they must provide a letter and I mustt repond with thirty days to dispute the amount and Cambece would have to investigate my claim and provide evidence if $5874.58 is a valid amount.

So today I'm going to email Corey Plummer back and request that they send my information in the mail and to stop calling me at work. If they want to refuse $400.00 just so that they caN STRESS AND SCARE ME GO AHAEAD. I'll just save the money until my court date.
