Ripoff victimized many consumers

Fairbanks Capital takes advantages of consumers by misrepresenting themslves, by there lack of posting timely payments which causes late fees to be added, by using payments as other fees and not actual payments causing homeowners to become further and further behind and consume more debt. They put payments into suspense accounts and choose when to post it, sometimes a month later in our case.

There are many problems going on in this company that need to be dealt with over time. But for now Mr. Ozanne my suggestion to you is that if you want to make with good with all these consumers you stop all of your talking and take action. The saying is actions speak louder then words. I would take all these accounts and wipe the slate clean for everyone. Make everyone current so there is no threat or chance of foreclosure and then take the time needed to check into the company and it's policies and ways of doing things, which of course is going to take a period of time.

You are showing all of these unhappy homeowners that you believe what they say, that you are serious about changing things and that you are on their side. Otherwise you are going to keep having more and more people coming out filing complaints, lawsuits and going to the media, politicians and anyone they can possibly think of. I for one will be right there leading the battle. Show the consumers you are on their side and they will be with fighting with you instead of against you.

Media exposure and lawsuits are never good for a company and if the lawsuits are succesful which I think they will be and the media exposure will just get worse and worse as more people choose to fight back and get word that they are not the only ones this is happening to. I would think that you would want to have your name talked about as the one who turned things around, who came in and did the right thing and fought for the homeowners.

That's how I would want to be thought of anyway.
