Kept adding charges, foreclosed on our home

Due to illness we got behind three months on our house payment. They kept adding fees until it got so high we couldn't get caught up. Then they made an agreement which TRIPLED our house payment for five months. We ended up having to sell our home. Then the buyers backed out and they would not work with us to let us keep our home. They foreclosed on our home and didn't let us know the date so we could try and file bankruptcy to keep it. We paid on our home for ten years!!!

We paid over $6,000 to get caught up and then when we got behind again they kept adding and adding and calling us daily (sometimes even 3 times a day) threatening to foreclose on our home.

We made phone call after phone call trying to work something out with them. One lady even SCREAMED at me and hung up on me one night. They told us we were stupid and "people like us" were just mad because we couldn't pay our bills. (See the above paragraph - we had our home for 10 years!)
