Dwayne Greene For a refundable $500 deposit, Foreclosure Assistance Agreeement promises to arrange for a private loan to pay past due arrears to your lender

I received a notice by U.S. Mail from Maximus Investment Group stating "You are Pre-Qualified for a Foreclosure Assistance Loan!" Dwayne A. Green, Registered Agent, is a cold, calculating, practiced con artist who looked me straight in the eye without blinking. He appears very genuine and knowledgeable but is obviously quite arrogant in the fact that he has been able to continue this scam for over 5 years since incorporating in 2004. The business address on his letterhead doesn't exit at all; and the address (es) on his Driver's License and public records are untraceable, as he apparently operates under alias identities, upon further investigation. Neither his office or cell phone numbers can be traced to anyone. He is able to send you emails from dagreen777@comcast.net, but when you try to reply, they come back undeliverable. Be aware of this con who takes advantage of homeowners when they are most vulnerable and in disparate need of foreclosure relief.
