Terminated my membership more than 5 weeks before. Was handed a verification quantity of the termination. 8 weeks approved, after which obtained expenses from Sirius for support. Delivered back each statement using the verification of the termination in June. Received more expenses. Named Sirius in December; mentioned with Customer Support, no quality. Talked with "Adam", a significant penis, uh, I intended boss, and he proceeded to inform me that I'd registered for another 3 months in July, not terminated. Huh?!!! I questioned him why did my paperwork display a verification number using the day of termination? He proceeded to inform me they didn't provide verification figures, actually believed the repetition. I simply talked to before him required the verification number for termination, place it in to the program, after which explained that I'd terminated October 24th. What?! Are these men actually talking exactly the same vocabulary?!!! Hello Sirius, atleast practice your workers to lay with persistence and obtain their lies directly before they keep in touch with the customer. Avoid sirius radio. For anyone with complaints against sirius - get your concerns for the consumer division of the state and file a formal complaint - this is often done easily and rapidly on-line. The state will follow-up, unlike the organization fools at sirius. This could be with your state attorney general's office or the secretary of state for the state. Sirius is placing themselves up to get a class action lawsuit.
