Ripoff rip-off deception

Signed up for a free credit report, have read the website over and over again, including the terms. NO WHERE does it say they automaticly disbute all negative items on one's credit report. Not until after you sign up and receive an email from them. At that point, I immediately requested to cancel my service.informed them I did not want to dispute anything on the credit report.

Received an email from them stating they could not accept my email to cancel, that I had to call. There own terms say it had to be in writing, does not specify electronic or not. Don't know how they recieve it in writing via the phone. I did not even try the phone number but from these reports I suspect getting a live body on the other end would be amazing.

Stay clear of Clear Credit!!
