Clear Credit
Billed me for services not requested

I never heard of Clear Credit (Aaron Jones, owner) until a collection agency called me. They claimed I owed $60. They claimed I had clicked on a ad for "Free Credit Report." The ad takes you to a site where you must either subscribe for credit monitoring for $10 per month, or pay $60 to NOT subscribe and cancel the transaction.

Neither the Collection Agency (First Credit of America) nor Clear Credit will give written documentation of the debt, and Clear Credit hasn't answered the Better Business Bereau's correspondance.

I'm unable to file a police report without documentation.
