Do not use this company!

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I read the application and even there online extended agreement. I asked very specific questions and was told the wrong answers on all of them. I even gave them actual numbers and asked what will be my exact cost of this transaction and was lied to. I paid for a brand new pin key pad. The first was inop. The second was very old and used. The third worked well. I asked about sending them back the old ones and was told they would send shipping labels. They never sent these so I called and they still never sent return labels. Then they called several months later and were very rude to me. This company knows nothing about customer service and their rates they tell you are not true so don't be fooled. They also told me I would not be responsible for a PCI compliance fee since I was just charged one by my previous company. They lied. I will cancell this contract as soon as it is up.
