5th/3rd bank sucks

I just want to say, reading all of the complaints about 5th/3rd bank, it's refreshing that i'm not the only one having problems. I get hit by their online bankig scam all of the time, thier online system will tell me that i have money in my account with nothing pending, then a short time later it will tell me that i have insufficiant funds and charge me a outragious fee. When i call they will either say that they don't have the authorization to refund the money, or there is nothing that they can do. After loosing about a $1000 in a couple of months, i've had enough i'm leaving this bank.
