Unauthorized charges

My debit/credit card was charged 19.95 on Dec. 30.2009. I wasn't even aware of the charges and am the sole provider for my household. I went onto my online bank account and noticed this charge from SAVEACE. I had never even heard of them. I contacted my bank after investigating who SAVEACE was online. I saw how so many people have been a victim of this scam site. I told my bank, Citizen's Bank, that this was a scam company. I also told my brother who works for the Attorney General. I also attempted to contact SAVEACE and they wouldn't give me any info unless I gave them personal information about myself. How stupid do they think I am? My bank had me fill out an affidavit form and then they returned my money. Then, lo and behold, on Jan. 28, I see another funds on hold authorization for 19.95 again to SAVEACE. I contacted Citizen's bank AGAIN and they told me that there was nothing they could do about it until they pay SAVEACE from my On Hold money. Can you believe this. How could they possibly investigate my claim against SAVEACE in the beginning of January and then allow SAVEACE to withdraw money from my account the end of January without authorization?
