Lender 411 (Rudy Artavia) there a loan modification company poseing to be this company with out licensed in the state of california, which scamed me of 2200.00, did not complete the loan modification and not wanting to refund

I have been taking advantage by this company, poseing to be a modifacation company. I have paid them in full for them to modify my loan and reduce my payment. The contract with them was that if you couldnt get the modifaction done that i would get 100% of my money back. Not pay for your guys is time on what you have said that you have done. I have spoken to the bank on the same days that the lady i was working with and they tell me that they dont even talk to you when you say you did. So when i have been turned down on the modification on this last occasion (out of the 6 that have been completed) 3 that your company did and 3 that i did on my own. The bank called me at 330 mt time and told me that the loan that i carry can not be modified. And the investor is turning it down because the work is outside of the investor guide lines as of October 5th. The lady that i deal with says that they need more income, so back in september i went to my boss because she has been asking to show more income for about 3 months now and i feel very pressured with you company to find more income. I was fired on Sept 15 for asking for a pay increase. Between the converstation with my self and the bank you guys have not done any kind of modifacation with them on this account, nor even trying to complete any type of modifacation with them, not contact with them, or anything..
