Mortgage Scam

I received a phone message from a loan officer last week saying that he wanted to discuss a mortgage opportunity with me. He called again yesterday and left me a voice mail indicating that he needed to speak with me immediately about a problem with my credit report. I have credit monitoring and recently pulled my credit for the mortgage acquisition process, so I know my credit is in tact. When I called, he shuffled papers around and said he needed to call me back in ten minutes after he finished up with another client. Two hours have passed, and no call from the representative. I have called him twice since then and miraculously a voice mail that did not pick up earlier this morning now picks up.
