We have had a blemish free account for approximately 6 months and suddenly received a letter of "immediate cancellation."

When we called, we were informed that "because of the fluctuation of our charges we were a risk." We informed firstdata (who we never previously heard of) of there being no chargebacks on our account.

Nevertheless, they elected to close our account and withold $500.00 or MORE for a six month or MORE period. (Interest free, of course.)

We are going to go to COSTCO, where we should have gone before. Better yet, we should have checked THIS site before signing up with these crooks.
