I also obtained a notice showing that my interest-rate visited 29.99% or I really could opt-out. This happened despite quick funds, devotion and free advertising (I usually talked nicely of Citibank) since 1995. Once again the working-class makes the cash for that boss — What're their bonuses again? INCREDIBLE

The worst aspect is the fact that I really teared up chosing to opt-out. It had been my lender, my card, approximately with a few deluded thought I had been happy to consider and state. They do not care and that I was unaware, naive for thinking they did.
