Corp. Ripoff, ridiculous charges, unconfirmed charges, California

I would like to be contacted by others ripped by Fairbanks. They are charging me approximately one thousand dollars. This charge is supposed to be because they sent someone to my property to ensure it was not vacated since they claim I was 30 days late.

During that time my loan had switched over since they had bought it. I asked Fairbanks for some kind of proof that they sent someone to my home. Their response, paraphrased, The person that came out hung that notice on your door. I am glad i found your web site i will have my loan officer check the paperwork more carefully.
