Ocwen has forclosed on my home with out notice, how can a big company take such
unlawfull act, lie a thief taking whats not theirs, maybe they see its okay to take home from their customers by lie over and over to them, not returning calls or emails,
faxes denied, they just have their India reps, god help them, I them they are not
being trained right, or over worked, and they just lie lie tell u your home acct. Is okay
and not to make payment, that paper works is being sent in two weeks, Nothing has been done. I was under A modification since 4 with no results, just its in process send all doctuments which I did. And still, no calls of denial notice or mail or other resolutions offer to save my home, just blunt mail of notice of foreclosure, am in shock, and I see am not the only victim of ocwen its a bigger problem than I THOUGHT how can a company get away with such unlawfull practice and feel they are doing it right. We cant let Ocwen get away with this thieft act. We gota fight back. SO TEXAS VICTIMS WANT TO GET ON THE CLASS ACTION SUIT ASAP.
