Ocwen foreclosed on my home October; they sent agreements for me to sign to the wrong address; they also stated that I was making partial payments when in fact
I paid more than the agreement stated. For months, I kept telling them that I was
not receiving my statements. They virtually laughed at me. They did not believe me. Well now I have the proof; the mail with documents for me to sign were sent to the wrong address has been forwarded to me just in time for me to file a lawsuit against them. They sent me MHAP application to modify the loan, then they denied it. Well if they are over the program, then thy should have known the holder of my mortgage was not included in the MHAP. They just wasted my time. ALSO, like the robstown texas complaint, I called Ocwen repeatedly at 800-74Ocwen to no avail. Finally I called Ocwen days before the foreclosure and was told the modification was still under review. Four days later they foreclosed. Now they want me to buy back the house that they stole from me. WELL, WE CAN STOP THEM and this is how: If you are a Texas resident (or any other state for that matter) and Ocwen was the servicer of your loan you need to contact your U.S. Senator or the Federal Trade Commission and file a report against them. The Attorney General of Texas is investigating Ocwen and they he needs to hear from you and your story right away. This is the only way we can stop them forever;and put everyone out of their misery.
