They took $1139 from me

The indian lady called my cell phone and left a message saying it was urgent and time sensative and wished me luck. She asked I call her at 1-323-207-7417 I called and she said they needed my lawyer information ASAP because i was being sued, regarding a loan I took out about a year ago. The case was pending and they would notify my employment of the fraud I had committed. I thought I had paid off that loan but, it was so long ago and I had to wait 7-10 days to get the bank statement. I explained I wanted to contact my bank and she continued to pressure me and say I needed to resolve the matter now because there was a court date pending. I was scared, I was nervous, I didn't know what to do. So stupidly I spoke with the supposible manager and he agreed to do two payments, one for $500 the other for $293 and they would not sue me if I paid that amount. Well A month later they pretty much cleaned my account and left me with $20, and took 400 from my checking account which was never authorized. I called my bank and they are disputing these payments made. I wish I would of done more investigating before hand. Come to find out that loan was paid off, I didn't owe anything. I gave a complete stranger $1139. I'm hoping I could be help in catching these people being that they have taken money from me and can hopefully be caught!!!
