Peter Lynch, Roy Sullivan Sent two Payments of $700 and Recieved Absolutely nothing in return except excuses!

I was in need of a personal loan. My credit is poor so I looked on the internet for a possible solution. Within a few days Silvergate financial (Rob Sullivan) had called and said that I had been pre-approved for a loan of $5,000 to $25,000.
The interest would be 8% and payments would be $160.11 a month. All I had to do was western Union them $800. The $800 would be put towards the loan and I would not start payment until March. He faxed me a loan agreement. I read and faxed back the signed agreement.
Now is when I got stupid, But was very desparate for funds. I western unioned $800 to Conrad Hughes in Kingston, Jamaica. I was told that my $5000 would be in the bank the next business day. I called Rob Sullivan and told him that I had not recieved my loan. He then told me to call Peter Lynch he is the customer service manager. Peter told me that I could not get my loan.
The lenders insurance company would not give the loan out because of an error in my credit report. But if I would put another $800 down that they would go ahead and give me the loan. They are very good at what they are doing, I sent another $800 MoneyGram to Tasha Leslie Kingston, Jamaica.
Agian the money was to be in my bank account the next bussiness day and it was not After long disputes and Heated conversations with Peter Lynch and another asking me for more money. I Cancelled my loan for a full refund. He said he would but it would be on there billing cycle about a month away.
This has caused alot of personal and financial hardships. I had borrowed the money from my employer thinking I could pay them back in a couple of days. My family is now in worse financial shape than we were.
