Modification not found by mortgage company
We paid Elect Group 2200 and they failed to modify our loan. Ariel told us that if they did not we would get all of our money back if it did not get modified. We paid them in good faith our mortgage company had never heard of them, from November March we faxed all document required and nothing happened. Starting April to today October we cannot reach a person.
