Mistreated and ripped off

Company solicited purchase of credit card with $5000 limit. Promised $500 funds. I ensured this promise was on recording. Told to hold off on deduction from my account until after I received package.

Company deducted money before I got package. When called back said no promise of $500. No way could delay deduction. Had to deduct before package could be sent. I asked them to listen to message.

Representative listened to message. Confirmed I was LIED to. Wish I could get copy of tape. Said I had to do this and that to get refund. I did. Over two weeks past and still no refund. Say President has to sign check. Takes over a week to clear company.

Never can talk to supervisor/manager. Have been hung up on and called a liar. Same representative is a manager one day and representative another. I've started recording calls. You wouldn't believe the lies!!!

Do not trust this company!!! They never can get their story straight and offer no help to resolve problem. They will hang up on you and you will be treated like you did something wrong. The worst customer service I've ever encountered.

I don't think I'll ever see my money back. Beware!!!
