Quickbucksdirect was taking money out of my account

Quickbucksdirect kept transferring $24.89 out of my account every month. I applied for a loan with them but canceled before I received the money. I called the 877-773-7723 to find out why Quickbucksdirect kept debiting money out of my account even though I never had a loan through them.

Heidi the CR said when I applied for the loan I also signed up for an identity theft monitoring service. I do not remember signing up for a ID theft monitoring service. I asked to please cancel and without too much trouble she canceled it and gave me a confirmation number.

So this isnt really a complaint but more of a sleazy marketing report since I am sure the ID theft monitoring service was something a person was automatically opted in and somewhere in the fine print was a small paragraph saying you had to opt out by calling a phone number.

So if you are having a amount of money debited from your account each month and never accepted a loan from quickbucksdirect call the number and press 2 then say you want to cancel the ID theft monitoring service.
