Scam pretending to secure payday loan and deducting money from bank account without services rendered

I was applying for payday loan through the internet, and filled out a form with quickbucksdirect without agreeing to any service fee. While checking my bank account through the internet, I notice a withdrawal in the amount of $24.00 and a few cents.

This is a fraudulent operation and very detrimental to consumers. This people shoul be stop now and government agencies should take action against this people.
