Overdraft Fees?!?

I've been a Business Bank client since 2004 and was happy with everyhting. Subsequently TD arrives and buys this great lender and becomes everything into garbage. Because when did they begin receiving bank card facility costs? Not just that, however the costs are substantial! $140 facility charge? Are you kidding me? I tried calling but after 45 units to be on-hold i quit. Delivered them a note via the web site with no response. I'm beginning my visit a new lender ASAP! Td hits!
