After your due date.

As per our conversation today July 24, at 11:05 MT. I requested a
refund of the overdraft fees incurred by me from your negligence regarding
the due date of my acct. I sent you many emails verifying the date of
deposit for your withdrawal, which were ignored and caused me $70 in
overdraft fees because you withdrew on July 1 and ignored the July 3,
2009 deposit which would allow you to withdraw without me incurring
overdraft fees.

I asked you, if you were going to reimburse me the funds you caused
me to incur and you said you would not. Now I'm asking you in writing to
reimburse me the funds that you caused me due to your incompetence.

I will expect an answer to my request in writing from you immediately. If
you do not comply, my attorney has advised me to withhold any more funds to
you, until this matter has been rectified.

I am also sending you copies of my notifications of the bank deposits not
available until the 3rd of every MO.

You people are a piece of work, I notified you on May 28 that my loan due
date had to be changed to the 3rd for every MO. You said I had to send you
confirmation of my electronic deposit to reflect that, I DID AND YOU TOOK
OUT TODAY 2 WITHDRAWLS WHICH HAD CAUSE 2 OVERDRAFTS OF $35 ea. I expect you
to reimburse my $70 for your incompetence. Failure to do so will result in
a lawsuit. You have more than been reimbursed for the original loan WITH
YOUR EXORBADENT FEES. I have paid every month like clock work... Can't
say the same for you.

Read the emails below which confirms my complaint. I expect an answer
immediately! As well, I am sending this email to my attorney to put him on
alert.

Here is a copy of my deposit on the 3rd of May and it will be on the 3rd
hence forth, which means there will be no deposit on the 1st of any month.
