While 2 slick salesmen arrived by our company I had been spoken into altering for their charge card running with United Bank & was to get gear which was rented with MBF Rental (or Upper Rental). I obtained area of the gear but couldn't utilize it since I did not get everything. I kept phoning but never got it. Lastly, I delivered the gear I did so get. MBF Rental extended creating my acct & I eventually needed to shut that checking acct. They declined to complete something about this. I received harassing telephone calls all day & characters nearly every morning. They didn't care that I never got the gear & stated I had been under agreement for them & still owed. Today I'm being prosecuted by them & am designed to visit NYC. I'm in NC & they believe I'll simply spend - a amt of $5000 (int, atty fees, etc). I want assist in eliminating the con artists. Obviously, they've been carrying this out for a long time and therefore are getting away withit.
