Overbilling, Unauthorized use of credit card

In June I rented a machine/dryer from Azuma Rental. Once the gear was shipped it had been dirty. I washed it-up and also the first couple of months everything was good. Occasionally I'd spend my statement having a charge card along with other occasions I'd spend it online through my lender.

On many instances they increase-charged my charge card of course if I'd not been examining my consideration, I'd not need seen it. They'd constantly contain various quantities due (inconsistent between that which was demonstrated on the site and the things they might deliver in my experience to my mail). After weeks of the happening, I simply got fed up with being unsure of the things they may be as much as next and that I delivered the gear in June. Your day once they selected the gear up, I had been receiving overdue updates every single day plus they were getting me late fees. I delivered them a contact and informed them to prevent giving me emails whilst the gear have been delivered. I had been also advised that I'd be getting a final bill following the gear was acquired.

While awaiting the bill, and comprehending that they'd been delivering these overdue updates daily, I examined my account and realized that these were, without agreement, utilizing my charge card and subtracting $5/evening from my bill. Again, WITHOUT AGREEMENT.

I'm converting the corporation into the Texas Attorney General's workplace and also have every intention of demanding charges against them.

Don't use the corporation... They're ripoffs and must be forced to close their opportunities.
