A company selling worthless land plots in a development called Coconut Grove Fortaleza Brazil.

I recently vivsted the site with a local registered agent who told me that the land is worthless as when it rains it floods. He also told me the land was sold for 50 cents a m2. David Mahoney is telling everyonve that it will be worth 10 times that in 2 years... Not sure who would want tolive in that wind location well do date no one is and never will... Deal with local agents with real offices not virtual ask to see the company documents ask your lawyer to credit check the directors not only in the country they live also Brazil...
