Do not trust David Mahoney, as he is a crook! I invested $45,000 into Coconut Grove in Brazil. I was told that the project had all of its paperwork... Untrue! It was a huge con!
David Mahoney has now transferred the land into a new company called Trairi construction. This company is owned by Steve Naish, a good friend of David Mahoney and also an old business partner of Davids Brother James Scurrah.
The land has been registered at only Reis 200,000. Much less than the money David stole from clients to originally purchase the land. No money has entered Brazil either for the purchase, this is a crime in Brazil... Don't trust these men!!!
