Said they paid my taxes and did not

I shut my mortgage loan plus they delivered me my escrow which was in my own consideration declaring my insurance and fees were taken care of 2008.in June, of i obtained a harmful notice from the duty support that my fees had gathered over 500.00 of fines. I named them-and they believed to deliver the backup of whatsoever I'd to pay for plus they might observe about paying me back on these costs. I did so and also have not noticed back from their website. I'd to pay for 1004.00 for my home taxes which should will be in the quantity of 458.00.
