As semi-retired freelance writer and photographer, I supply articles to assorted publications. Fletcher McClellan, publisher of Chair talk, a monthly periodical for the hair salon industry, asked me to provide articles from the Tampa Bay (Florida) area. I did so. He then asked me to help him edit the publication. I cleaned up and polished articles writen by non-professionals for two issues of Chair talk. McClellan owes me $520.00 and refuses to pay as agreed despite billilng statements, email, telephone and mail requests. His dishonesty reflects badly on the decent legitimate publishers in the country.
