James Clemmons This company is a thief. They steal your materials and don't pay for them

I have a signed contract with James Clemmons and JC Publishers & Editors to write 20 articles. I wrote the articles and submitted them on time as required.
According to the email from James, he liked them and the editor liked them. He said they would pay me within hours. He asked me to start on the next 20 and I did.
AS of 3/22/10 I still have not recieved payment for the 25 articles that I have submitted to JC Publisher & Editor.
I worked for JC Publisher & Editor through Guru.com and I expected to be paid for the work I did.
As far as i am concerned jc publisher & editor / james clemmons are a fraud!
