Sent more material than expected

A few months ago I heard a radio advertisement to get Loral Langmeier's book and CD on wealth-making, for just the cost of shipping. Since I'm a Senior Citizen on a limited budget (Social Security and a small pension) and I struggle to pay monthly bills, I decided to order it and gave my credit card number forthe shipping fee

When the material arrived, there was much more than I had expected to receive, plus instructions for choosing several money-making programs to enroll in for payments of $29.95 per month.

Since I had neither the time or finances to invest in one of the programs, I followed the instructions for returning the materials so I would not be billed for them. This I did the early part of August of this year.

About a week ago I got a phone call from one of her coaches who wanted to know how much I wanted to make, etc. When I informed him I wasn't interested in investing in any of the programs, he tried to talk me into it and when I refused and he asked me what they should do with my file, I told him to close it out and hung up.

Now after looking over my recent credit card statement, I see that in September they charged $29.95 to my account — and this after I had returned all their materials in August so I would not be billed.

Now I don't know what to do next because I don't want them making further charges to my credit card.
