Unauthorizated withdrawal from account

I observe that t am not just one that is having this issue. I examined my bank statement and observed an unauthorized fee for 75.98 to www.asknet-stores. I'm asking anyone for help resolve this issue. I've no name of the merchandise, no address to contact anybody, no telephone to contact anybody. This really disturding when someone and or even a business can simply withdraw money from your account. Please help!!! Thanks
