This company took money out of my bank account after i cancelled my membership

Consumer Direct drafted my account after I cancelled my membership. My husband and I both had memberships which we individually had to cancel.
This company has continued to take money out of my account. They also when you call tell you that you did not cancel the memebrship and that is why your account has been debited. I know for a fact that my husband and I both cancelled these accounts because we each indidvidually had to speak to a represenative.
This comapny is a rip off and I will be reporting them to my financial institution first thing in the morning.
