We were contacted by Starpoint Hotels in regards to a sales demonstration to buy a period share 4/09.

Sad we purchased thinking we obtained 4 free excursions, having a $4.95 charge to pay for. After which a $99.00 refundable charge to pay for before scheduling, after which when you appear you obtain this deposit. All-they informed us we spend may be the fees.

By September of 09, we've yet in order to make use of the gift vouchers. They started with letterhead Geo Vacation membership, then switched to Starpoint Hotels, then Millennium Travel Campaigns, etc. Etc. None of the businesses really wants to take responsibility for this expense or any guarantees to be stored.

We've created greater than a number of emails, telephone calls, emails again and telephone calls over and over. On April 10th, your day following the demonstration I named to stop. The salesman provided us another journey, he said I gained in a drawing. We've yet to get this guaranteed journey. Therefore we've requested starpoint hotels to get a free weekend (SPACE AND TAX ONLY) and also have yet to get this to.

All-they reveal is it is our obligation to follow along with all of the guidelines and there's no method to opt-out. We've been attempting to opt-out since last April. Have you got any recommendations?
