Ripoff via fraudulent activity and misrepresentation

We too were sadly ripped off by this starpoint resort group, inc. (that was what they called themselves at the time.) they misrepresented themselves and swindled us with their "escrow account" through inner city escrow, and also split part of the sale on an rci mbna credit card. But! What if it's all goes back to who collectors?

Apparently, starpoint is an affiliate or one in the same to montery financial services, inc. That's they company who monthly draws out of our account.

Perhaps we should start by trying to put a stop to them! I hope enough of those like us who were swindled can stop these cons!
