Terrible Customer Service

I'd financing authorized using the Linden, NJ department but my encounter using the Repetition triggered me to go out about the mortgage closing. I thought I had been purchasing a car or truck. The supervisor was resting at her table the entire period creating collection calls.

The Repetition was sluggish and physical and did not have any paperwork prepared. He created me delay while he confirmed data he had for times prior to the final. He required additional clients while making me wait.

It was supposed ot be considered a mortgage final however the mortgage documents were never published. After I told him that I had been departing he explained "okay".

They're usually sending out direct-mail but I doubt they shut any loans.
