I called a number of off Fox news about the gov't helping people out of debt. We were already behind and so I was referred to another number. They said they would talk to our mortgage co. And get a

I am so upset. We got scammed out of $2000. From a company that said they would help us get a loan re-modification. Well after they got our money suddenly no one was available. So now we are on the verge of losing everything. I have been unable to work because of health issues. I have Lupus and am Bi-polar. These guys are smooth. I am sick to death over this. I don't know what to do. The man I dealt with was Frank Daniello from Valahos Law Firm. He has not called me in 3 months. Nothing has been done except our $2,000 was taken from us. I got the number from them off of a number I called from Fox News. Because we were behind on payments they referred me to another company that could "help us". My husband works for Ford and as we all know the industry is not doing so great. He has been laid off several times.
So now we are in limbo not knowing if we can keep our house or not. I have 3 kids and this is embarrassing. It's a shame people take advantage of the real people who make the United States what it is.
