Nightmare consumer rip-off fraud the business that doesnt give a dam

They have had our loan since 2001. Have charged us for Attorney fees and appraisals due to a foreclosure that never took place. Every month it's something new and more unbeleivable. Lost payments, payments that are not posted to our account for weeks and then they try to charge us late fees.

My advise to anyone dealing with this company is to send all payments certified with return receipt so that you have proof of when they received the payment. There have been three different times that they could have taken our house because they said we were not making our payments, the only thing that saved us were the return receipts.
All of us in Ohio should get together and file a class action lawsuit together against these money grubbing morons
