Ripoff Mortgage Company, excessive overcharging, delinquent payment posters, none consumer friendly and unhelpful with your account

This notice is to advise consumers of the malpractices that Ocwen has bestowed upon my household. Ocwen has posted my payments late on more than one ocassion causing late fees and penalties. Which they say is my fault, even if I make a phone payment they've posted them late plus they even charge a fee for phone payments go figure. I'm scared to make payment online because they probably have a fee for it.

I've also been charged attorney fees more than once sometimes consecutively. They'll called on the 2nd day of the month asking-demanding at times to go ahead and pay by phone while they have me on the line. If I do not they want to know exactly when it was that I mailed my payment or when i'm going to send it. I have even been called more than once that day even if I have all ready spoken with them.

I've wished they sell my mortgage, because I dont think they can get any worse than these thugs. I've been reading other negative info on Ocwen I can see class-action suit. I hope something can be done with this group of con-artists...
