Illegal Charges

Although taking a look at my telephone bill for that very first time rather than spending it, I noticed unauthorized fees about the August bill. After contacting AT&T concerning the cost, they advised me the charge have been on my telephone bill going back l8 weeks at $12.95 monthly to get a whole of $233.10. AT & T also explained that I'd need to contact OUR INFO SHIELD LLC. About obtaining a credit. After calling OUR DATA SHIELD, they explained they might just provide me $25.90 for 2 weeks credit. Therefore today I am out $207.20. Just how can they escape with not providing me complete credit for the unauthorized charges.
