Rude customer support/feasible Rip-Off

I taken care of my fianceis wedding ring and anything went good within the shop, only a little sluggish. I'd to request a band container along with a carrier, however it was notably okay within the shop. It was at about 6 pm. Only a little before 9 pm; the shop named and askedif I'd mind providing them with my charge card info again. I questioned why, since I have had authorized a credit slide, I've a bill and also the guarantee experienced. They truly became really rude at this time and need the info. I expected to get a supervisor to explain WHY the info was required. I mentioned I've a bill below and that I could possibly get the info in the card organization thatthe cost experienced. I again described I'd just are available in but she explained I had been a crook and was laying. I am still unsure think about. She hung-up on so when I called back they declined to provide me the client support or local supervisors title. I'd to contact 24 hours later and obtain the iformation. The cost has removed my card-holder and that I have not been named again, but I'll not be starting their shop again. I'll consider my guarantee elsewhere.
