Unauthorized charges

I wnet to Fairwinds Credit partnership on July 1 and treid to obtain 60.00 with my ATM card. The ATM distributed a notice &briefly not able to procedure please try again later... AND SO I got the solution with teh notice and remaining. Nowadays July 3, I looked over my banking account balance. And also to my really disappointed surpirse, Fairwinds had taken 60.00 out-of my bill TWICE! Despite the fact that I got SIMPLY NO money in the ATM device. I visited the bank having a backup of my declaration plus they explained to go up with my Lender. I did so and today I've to attend 7 - 10 business days to obtain my money-back! They got it immediately but won't return the money they STOLED from me for 7 - 10 business days? That's unjust. Just how can Banks and Credit unions escape with this particular?

Do Not use Fairwinds they've unjust customer methods!
