Having visited Ikea often in a variety of claims and usually having reasonable customer support I had been shocked in the therapy and down-right disrespect I had been confirmed today at Ikeais Brooklyn area. I turned up today to switch anything I purchased 2 nights before from their As Is area. I purchased mainly since I did not have time for you to feel the entire shop searching for furniture with my twelve months old in tow. Once the product didn't work-in myspace I looked over the bill and there is no mention of the "trading" As is furniture. The only real research claims no discounts; consequently I packed them and my boy within the vehicle and went 35 units towards the shop. Coming to the shop I had been informed to have a quantity by which I'd go to delay 45 minutes to determine a sales affiliate. She as really rude educated me that they can not consider them back; I attempted to describe I simply wished to trade it for another product inside As is area. Lastly she named her supervisor that was just like rude and was really giggling using the women creating a laugh people. She named both shop supervisors which told her I'd need to delay. After awaiting almost one-hour (with my 1year old) the shop supervisors Steve and Jason who explained that, yes I had been proper that it didn't state about the bill, or was it published about the wall behind the table declaring their guidelines nevertheless there's a little indication declaring it within the As Is space. When questioned exactly what the titles of the sales affiliates/mgrs I talked to he declined to provide me the info saying I'm alone you have to understand and my title is Jason as he chuckled. I can't let you know how unaware and rude they was and he's addressing the organization, this really is an embarrassment within this economy I actually donot understand how any company may endure with this specific kind of neglect towards the clients! We're those who maintain their gates available! Appreciate twice before visiting and buying only at that area!!!
