Inc Attempted to collect payments for an account I have never had and demand reasons as t0 why I won't send them money or give them any of my financial information. Fraudulent ripoff business

This company sent me a notice stating that I had not responded to their previous letters to pay for some services that I was said to have had with AT&T with a past due balance of $735.28. I have never used these services and wil not pay for any services nt rendered to me. I received this notice not even 45 days after moving into my new home. I have attempted to call and have yet to reach an individual who can assist me with this obvious mixup or fraudulent attempt to rip m off.
